Network Infrastructure

Business-grade internet connections and IP phone systems.

Capable support without a full IT department

Many small-to-medium organisations find it hard to justify dedicated IT staff, yet few can go long without someone to call when computers, email or the network stop working.

  • Nobody in-house looks after IT

Your staff call us when something stops working, and we work on it remotely or on site.

  • Someone handles IT alongside another role

They hand the harder problems to us, and we provide cover while they are on leave.

When you call, a person answers

The longer we support an organisation, the better we understand how it works, and the less anyone has to explain when something goes wrong.

  1. Call or email

Call the office or email the helpdesk, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

  2. Triaged the same business day

Anything that stops people working goes ahead of other work, so call rather than email when it does.

  3. Help remotely or on site

Most faults can be worked on remotely, anywhere in Australia. A technician attends when one needs someone in front of the equipment.

IT support questions

Do you provide IT support for households?

No. Our IT support is for organisations, usually small-to-medium businesses and not-for-profits without a complete IT department of their own.

Do you support organisations outside Hobart?

Yes. We attend sites regularly across southern Tasmania, including Kingston, Glenorchy, Sorell, Brighton, the Huon Valley and Richmond. Launceston, Devonport and the north-west are covered by arrangement, and remote support is available anywhere in Australia.

Can the same provider look after our IT and build software for us?

Yes. One of the organisations described on this page has its IT support, network, phone system and membership database application from Datawise.
