One person blocked

A computer that will not start, a mailbox behaving unexpectedly, or a printer stopped for one user.

Questions about Helpdesk, Remote & On-site Support

When is the helpdesk available?

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. A request emailed or logged in the portal outside those hours is in the queue when the office opens.

We already have someone who looks after our IT. Can you work alongside them?

Yes. We can take on the problems they would rather hand on, and provide cover while they are on leave.

Who owns our systems and passwords?

You do. Administrator passwords, licences and domain registrations are held in your organisation’s name. If you move to another provider, we hand them over and assist whoever takes the work on.
